Roaming profiles  the offline folder file  cannot be configured
Windows 2003 server Domain user Roaming profile exchange server User gets error "the offline folder file cannot be configured c:\documents and settings\Local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.ost How can I resolve this? Thanks

thanks for the reply... I don't have those options configured. It acts as if is looking for an .ost file

Hi, This error may happens if the outlook.ost file is corrupted. Try to rename the file outlook.ost to outlook.old. Then open outlook, it will create a new outlook.ost file and retrieve the messages from exchange server.
